Tracking: The progress of parcels can be checked 24 hours a day by entering the tracking number - which is printed on each shipping label and identifies the parcel and its destination - into the tracking page found on the right of the website (Click on the tracking button below the online chat).

Proof of Delivery: At the time of delivery, after the parcel has been accepted, the recipient signs a receipt of acceptance on the driver's portable Point of Service (POS) device. This signature, complete with date and time, is proof that the shipment has been delivered successfully.

There are some things that our couriers won't or cannot accept for express delivery so it is advisable, before booking a collection, to refer to the Prohibited Items List and the Weight and Measures Limits to avoid any difficulties or a failed shipment.

Our couriers neither collect nor deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Collection of your parcel on the same day a shipment is booked is NOT possible. To achieve the most efficient pick-up and delivery, our couriers use the shortest and fastest route. It is not possible to indicate a specific time in advance for pickup or delivery: the time period for collection by our couriers is between 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM. Only in a few places is it possible to make collection in a smaller time slot, so please ask in advance if this is a problem.

N.B. We cannot deliver to Post Office boxes since the receiver cannot sign for receipt of the parcel.
